The mentioned certificate must have signature, stamp and registration of the professionals involved, must be submitted to the Ministry of Health (Av. 9 de Julio and Moreno) for its certification.
Transfer Certificate issued by the management of cemeteries where death occurred.
Certificate of Thanatopraxy Practice (embalming).
packing Affidavit issued by the undertaker´s office stating that the dead body is placed in a box suitable for vault, fully welded and in conditions to be carried in aircraft with gas outlet valve.

What documentation shall I submit?

d) - If the sender is traveling, a photocopy of the air ticket is requiered

Is it possible to ship my pet through Aerolineas Cargo?

Which are the requierements for shioments of pets as load through Aerolineas Cargo (Domestic flights)?
For domestic transport , no documentation is required, except for health certificates when when it is necessary or in the case of animals less than 12 weeks old, the authorization issued by a veterinarian is requested indicating that can be transported due to their small size, especially in the case of those breeds that are more susceptible to dehydration.
Pets must have been weaned and at least have two months old.
Does Aerolineas Cargo provide Kennels?
No, you must bring the appropriate kennel for transporting your pet.
Which are the characteristics that kennels must have?
The characteristics required are:
• It must allow the animal to remain standing with his normally head up.

Drugs and altitude are not a recommended mix. If your veterinarian recommends a dose of tranquilizer, you should stick a certificate on the kennel stating the following: scientific name of applied drug, administered amount , time of administration and duration.
The kennel should have a vessel for watering the pet, secured to the kennel in order to prevent tipping and can be filled from outside..
The presentation of the animal for the flight must be coordinated with AEROLINEAS CARGO.

At what temperature does my pet travel during the journey?

How It should presented for the shipment?
Lithium ion batteries have three characteristics.

How the overpack should be? (in case it has one)

What documentation must accompany these kind of shipments?
The shipper must define what is the condition of the shipment , for it you have the following forms to fulfill these requirement
a) Declaration for shipments of lithium batteries :
This statement is provided by the Grupo Aerolineas at the request of the sender. * In this document, the Shipper will indicate by marking an "X" , what is the status of your shipment; thus indicating the UN number of the goods, the relevant packing instruction and applied section and type of item you intend to transport. * You must enter a phone number of attention to any request for information during transport. * The mentioned document must be dated and signed by the sender or his agent
b) MSDS - Material Safety - Technical Data Sheet or business Note:
The sender may alternatively submit the Declaration for shipments of lithium batteries, an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), technical data or business note properly signed by a responsible of the shipping .Those writings must contain the required data mentioned in the Declaration, to the correct classification of lithium batteries transported (UN number - packing instructions - Section applicable).

How should I mark and label the bulks?

how shall I proceed if I send only 1 device (new or in use)?
